How Your Support Changes DailyLife for Local Families Facing Breast Cancer
At BCFCF, impact happens one family at a time. Every day, your support brings relief, stability, and hope into homes navigating treatment. Our work focuses on the realities families face — staying housed, keeping utilities on, supporting children, and making sure no one has to choose between treatment and survival.
What We’re Proud Of
BCFCF helps families across Central Florida stay steady during one of the most uncertain seasons of their lives. Through our Financial Assistance Program and Children’s Fund, we make sure they don’t walk this journey alone.
Our impact includes:
- Keeping families housed, mobile, and financially stable
- Supporting children affected by a caregiver’s diagnosis
- Providing local, fast, compassionate help during active treatment
- Sharing stories of resilience from survivors across our region
- Strengthening our community through volunteers, partnerships, and events
Our impact is more than numbers. It reflects stability, trust, and the strength of a community that shows up for its own

2024 Annual Impact Report
2024 was a year of impact, stability, and steady growth for BCFCF.
With the support of donors, sponsors, and partners, we provided urgent, non-medical financial assistance to families impacted by breast cancer across Central Florida, alleviating the burden of rent, utilities, car payments, groceries, and other essential household needs.
This year, the BCFCF provided assistance to 143 families and offered an additional 97 extensions of support, totaling $179,458 in direct financial aid for families facing challenges during treatment. Through our Children’s Fund, we also supported 62 children with $12,400 in funding, helping families maintain a sense of normalcy and hope during a difficult time.
