Executive Director

Ashley Lloyd is the Executive Director of the Breast Cancer Foundation of Central Florida and a breast cancer survivor herself. Diagnosed at 36 while raising young children, she understands firsthand the challenges families face when navigating treatment, work, and everyday life. As a past recipient of BCFCF’s assistance, she knows the feelings of both the strain during treatment and the blessing BCFCF can be. Now cancer-free, her personal journey fuels her dedication to ensuring no one in Central Florida has to face breast cancer without support.

Ashley brings a background in outreach, program development, and community leadership to BCFCF. Under her guidance, the foundation has expanded its reach, strengthened partnerships, and embraced new opportunities for growth as an independent nonprofit. Known for her heart, honesty, and hands-on approach, Ashley leads BCFCF with both compassion and determination, ensuring the organization remains survivor-centered and community-driven.
