Breast Cancer Foundation of Central Florida opens new Lakeland office
The Breast Cancer Foundation of Central Florida (BCFCF) marked a milestone on Friday, Sept. 5 with a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating its new office at 3825 S. Florida Avenue, Suite 4C in Lakeland. The grand opening, celebrated with a joint ribbon cutting alongside the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce and the Bartow Chamber of Commerce, marked not only a new location but also the organization’s proud recognition as an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit. The event brought together chamber members, BCFCF board members, survivors, family, friends, and supporters who gathered for food, giveaways, and a shared sense of community. For many in attendance, the moment was about more than a ribbon cutting—it was about hope.
